As a small business owner, family man, and involved public servant, I will take our message of less government and more economic freedom to Atlanta to let them know the people of Northwest Georgia demand results.

As a veteran of the Air Force/Air Guard, a retired 27-year veteran of the Georgia State Patrol working Floyd and Chattooga counties, and a county commissioner for the past five years, I have dedicated myself to serving the people of Georgia.  In our family owned insurance and financial service business, we have customers throughout this district.

State House Democrats make up less than a third of the House of Representatives. The days of State Democrats like Barbara Massey Reece being effective are long gone. In these tough economic times, we need a leader who has a proven working relationship with our federal, state, and local leaders.  I have built those relationships, and I bring to the table the experienced leadership we need to be an effective voice for the people.

It is time to have a proven leader who has balanced budgets, cut government waste, and supports the conservative values of our area. As I campaign across this district, the people are telling me they want leadership. That is why I am running, and that is why I need your vote and support.
